Policies

To Ensure Every Client Receives the Highest Quality of Service:

  • Please Arrive On Time or 5 minutes Early, with Clean Skin & No Traces of Eye Makeup & Oils.                                                                                                                                                . . . . . . . If MakeUp is needed to be removed, it will run into your lash time. 


  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, INTERAC Flash (under $100), & E-Transfer


  • Must have at least 40% extensions left to be considered a fill.


  • In order to Guarantee my work, Refills of Other Lash Artists' work will NOT be fulfilled.  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  (Discounted Removal with purchase of Full Set)


  • Cancellations are accepted & free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 12 - 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 12 hours notice and "No-show" appointments will be charged 100% of the services reserved. If you are unwell with a communicable illness, condition, or fever, please contact us to reschedule your appointment promptly! (I'm an understanding & reasonable person, so I'd be happy to reschedule your appointment, free of charge to another date when you are better! However if you are a First time Client, or a Client constantly abusing the system, then the Cancellation Policy will still apply). Not only will you feel better to get some well needed rest, but so will some of our other patrons who may have a compromised immune system. If you arrive to your appointment afflicted with an infectious ailment with or without fever, you will be refused service and charged 150% of your services booked.


  • A $50 NON-refundable deposit is required for All Online bookings & New Clients only. The deposit goes towards your service. Any cancellations and/or reschedules with more than 24 hours notice is free of charge and deposit is transferrable to your next appointment.  If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or you no show your appointment, you forfeit the booking deposit and another non-refundable booking fee will be required for a new appointment. 


  • If you are late, your service(s) will be shortened so that your appointment will still end on time. You will still be charged full price for the service(s) booked. If you are late 15 minutes, this is considered a “no-show” and your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a “no-show” fee added to your account.


  • If you wish to Bring an Adult Guest, Please let me know ahead of time.                             . . . . . . . . . . . . Remember there is a "No Talking" rule during lash service, to minimize movement to ensure health and correct placement of eyelash extensions.


  • No Refunds. However, Your Satisfaction is important, so I will do my best to resolve any concerns.
